When you contact us or register for a class, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the course or service you’re inquiring about. Payment information for class registration is collected and processed by our scheduling provider, Enrollware.
How we use it
We use this information to register you for classes, send you sign-up links and confirmations, answer your questions, and follow up on training inquiries. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing.
SMS / text messaging program
By providing your phone number — including by calling (817) 992-0585 and asking us to text you a sign-up link, or by submitting your number through a sign-up form on texasonsitecpr.com — you consent to receive informational and service-related text messages from Texas OnSite CPR at that number.
Message types: sign-up links for classes, confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you initiate, and follow-ups on corporate or onsite training inquiries. We do not send marketing, promotional, loan-related, or age-gated content.
Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with us; typically 1–3 messages for an individual booking.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to any message we send to immediately stop receiving SMS from us. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL also
work. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Help: Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS data sharing: We do not share your phone number, your SMS opt-in information, or the content of SMS messages between you and Texas OnSite CPR with any third party for their marketing. Information may be shared with the service providers needed to operate the
messaging program (such as Twilio for delivery and our scheduling provider for class sign-ups).
