Our Health & Safety Institute (HSI) First Aid CPR AED training courses were designed for the workplace to comply with OSHA CPR and First Aid Standards and to prepare First Responders with the First Aid and CPR skills to manage illness and injuries at the workplace in the first few critical minutes until professional help arrives.
The HSI First Aid CPR AED course is the best course we have been able to find. It is fast paced and covers a wide range of topics. The video material has great special effects and live action shots. No boring talking head lecturing you endlessly and repetitiously. We can also provide American Heart Association training classes if preferred or if needed for specific regulatory requirements.
The Health & Safety Institute CPR AED Certification programs are designed for companies, schools and other organizations wanting to provide their Emergency First Responders with Basic CPR and AED Certification. This course provides the basic CPR skills required as well as integrating the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) into the rescue. Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (Choking) Relief is also integrated into the CPR Certification program. This CPR AED course runs about 2 hours.
If you have an AED at your facility we can customize the training so everyone is familiar with your model of AED. We are a DFW Distributor for Zoll, Physio-Control, Cardiac Science and Heartsine AEDs and can match pricing on any equipment you might want to get quotes on
The Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Certification is primarily designed for schools, daycares and other organizations where child care is the primary concern. This course takes at least 4 hours to complete and does have several option modules. We do recommend the HSI program over the AHA program as it is more up-to-date, more informative and faster paced. Both Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Certifications meet Texas Department of Family and Protective Serives guidelines.
The Health & Safety Institute Pediatric Course is the most comprehensive we have seen and is approved by the Texas Dept. of Family & Protective Services.
