Texas OnSite CPR has been training DFW businesses, healthcare teams, and individuals since 2003. Texas OnSite CPR was founded by Tom McMillan, who brings over 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction. As safety needs in the workplace grew, Tom expanded his focus to include OSHA-compliant safety
services — earning his American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Instructor Certification in 2003 through Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

From the start, Tom saw an opportunity that most CPR training companies were missing. Rather than
running open enrollment classes for walk-in students, he built Texas OnSite CPR around a simple idea: come to the client. By bringing certified instructors, manikins, AED trainers, and all required equipment directly to corporate offices, schools, manufacturing facilities, and medical and dental practices, Texas OnSite CPR eliminated the scheduling friction that kept so many employees from getting certified.

As the business grew, so did the demand for larger training sessions. Tom invested in additional equipment and built a team of certified instructors capable of training groups of 20, 50, or even 100 employees in a single session — without compromising the hands-on quality that AHA and HSI certification requires.

Recognizing that individuals also needed a convenient path to certification, Texas OnSite CPR established classroom locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. What began as four meeting room locations has evolved into three dedicated training venues in Fort Worth, Denton, and Frisco, with weekly classes available throughout the year.
