There are two Heartsine models, the Heartsine Samaritan 350P and the Heartsine Samaritan 450P. The primary difference is the 450P has Real Time CPR Rate Feedback so it tells you to “Push Faster” or “Push Slower” when doing your compressions as well as tell you to start CPR if you have stopped and should still be doing CPR.
