Fort Worth American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR classes are held at 4100 International Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76109 (map) and the cost is $45.00 for the CPR class.
You must pre-register on our web site to attend our CPR classes. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to register for a CPR class. Just enter your payment information and your registration will be processed. Once registration is received we will send you a confirmation email. Please try to bring this email to the CPR class to verify enrollment.
